Hi — I'm Preetham. A product person with a taste problem.
I started in product management. Five 0→1 products, two million+ users, and a habit of caring too much about the details that everyone else thinks don't matter. buildpov is where that habit became a practice.
I'm a PM by trade — across EV, IoT, fintech, AI SaaS and Web3. Some of the apps I've worked on have crossed 2M+ users. I've shipped B2C and B2B, run TGEs, scaled portfolios from 1 to 100k, and interviewed enough founders to know that the first plan is almost always the wrong one.
What I noticed across all of it: the teams that won didn't have better roadmaps. They had a sharper point of view. They could tell you in one sentence why their thing existed, what it refused to be, and who it was for. Everything else — design, systems, hires, growth — flowed from that.
buildpov is built around that observation. I help founders find their POV and then build around it — with design as the differentiator and systems as the floor.
I'm one person. That's the point. You get a senior operator-in-residence, not a deck and a Slack channel.
Where the taste comes from.
The taste doesn't come from product books. It comes from the things I obsess over outside work — and most of those leak into the work too.
